I met Nick a few years ago at a networking event and we discussed selling my home at the time and upgrading to our dream home. Nick was very helpful with advice and ideas on how to get what we wanted even though we had our home listed with another agent at the time. Long story short, our listing expired and we immeadiatly gave it to Nick. He helped us rearrange and stage our home to look more desirable. He made the process seem so simple and easy for us. We were very happy with the results. His knowledge of new developements in the Downtown Miami area and what was going on in the city was really something else. He even called a builder in front of me to get a better price instead if through the sales office. Nick also sold us two investment properties recently that we are doing very well with. If you like food or want to know what art gallery to visit, he's also the guy you want to call!
